Match Point Table Tennis Academy is an ambitious new table tennis programme based in Peterborough. Established with a commitment to excellence, the academy aims to provide a high-quality training environment for players of all ages and abilities, from those taking their first steps in the sport through to talented athletes with regional, national, and international aspirations.

The academy will provide a programme that combines technical development, tactical understanding, physical and psychological preparation, competition support, and player wellbeing. Our vision is to become the leading table tennis development centre in England by creating an environment where players can thrive, enjoy the sport, and maximise their potential.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Performance Coach to lead coaching delivery across the academy.

The successful candidate will possess a strong track record of working within competitive and performance-focused environments and will be confident coaching players across a range of developmental stages. They will have the ability to create engaging coaching sessions whilst maintaining high standards and expectations.
